"Make sure you buy the insurance. I shipped golf clubs from this store last month and they never made it out of UPS warehouse. I have never used UPS before and was not aware that you had to buy insurance for anything over $100 in value. No one at store offered it to me. So I am basically out of luck for some thieves in UPS warehouse. Good Luck trying to talk to person at this company."

"*Be aware, went to mail a package to Canada today and was told I’d have to pay $14 extra dollars on top of the shipping fee for them to repackage it. It was perfectly wrapped and taped in plain brown packaging paper but they said it was because “if it came off” there might be a old barcode under it? Felt like a 25% tax. Went to USPS and got it shipped as it was and cheaper to boot. Helpful and professional employees. Parking lot can be busy and congested."

"I needed assistance and guidance in shipping a desktop computer, with dual monitors, keyboard, headset, and cords. Since I am not a professional shipper, I relied on the expertise of the staff at the UPS store to assist me. I had hoped the staff would not only be able to package the equipment correctly, but also assist me in the process of shipping, insurance, and anything else required to safely ship my equipment. However, Cassidy at the 2014 Electric Rd location failed miserably. I was told my equipment would be split into 2 boxes and I needed to insure the boxes separately, based on the contents of each box. When I asked Cassidy which items would be in each box, the response was, "I don't know." Cassidy would not proceed in the process until I told her how much the insurance amount would be for each box, without knowing what items would be in the boxes?! When I asked if she could offer guidance, or suggest how the boxes may be packed, she just stood there, staring at me. I made the decision to take the equipment to the UPS Store location at 3735 Franklin Road, which ended up being the absolute best decision! The staff was phenomenal! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast service."

"Deeply dishonest service. I called in with the weight and dimensions of my package and the delivery address and got a quote. I showed up with my package and they quadrupled the price. Their quoted price was over twice as high as having the package picked up at my house and shipped via their website. Horridly rude little man who took my order was dismissive, rude, and self-contradictory. Terrible service, deceptive business practices and overt theft. I will never do business with this location again."

"Mary was very helpful and the experience was great. Earlier this week I had a poor experience with FedEx and would recommend coming here over there. Surprisingly the prices on packing materials and accessories wasn't bad either."
