"My Daughter, Mother and myself traveled from Abingdon to look at dresses for Prom. Had a nice selection to choose from. We found the perfect dress with the help of a lovely young lady, Abby. She knew exactly what my daughter liked. Trish made us feel welcome and like we were family. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend"
"ZERO! My daughter's went looking for a dress. My 15 year old was insulted by the lady working there. That lady was rude and shamed my daughter on her body. She is 15, size 14 pants and a large chest, and was only given size 22 to try on. The sales lady then was mad when they left, after being treated like garbage. They will NEVER get out business."
"It was terrible me and 2 other friends went and the selection was not good, the old lady was the rudest woman I’ve ever met, she made my friend have a mental breakdown and I’ll never ever go there again. They acted like we weren’t good enough to be there and I don’t even have words at this point."
"Our experience was less than pleasant. The what appeared to be teenage sales clerks were more interested in looking at their self in the mirror and behaved as if our dress shopping were getting in their way. Still we found a dress. We purchased and paid in full for the $500 dress plus a separate fee for alterations. While this is not a large amount for some, it was for our middle income family. We purchased this dress in February and now we are 3 weeks away from my daughters prom and haven't received one call that her dress is ready. When we try to call we get no answer. Since we are a hour or so away, it doesn't make much sense to make the drive there if the dress isn't ready. While the selection is decent, the customer service is horrible. We won't be purchasing another dress here."
