"I was booked for an appointment this past Sunday at 1pm originally. I called a little later to reschedule and asked if it was possible to move it up earlier. The lady on the phone offered and 11:15am time slot for the same day which was perfect for me. I drove 4 hours to dress shop here and then no one showed up. I called, emailed, and fb messaged but to no avail. I was very very stressed and sad about this."

We visited another prom store in the area, and it was not as enjoyable, and the selection seemed to consist of the same dress just in different colors. Patina had a wide variety of dresses that did not look the same."

"Incredible selection of gorgeous gowns, our sales girl was Maliah, super in every way! Maliah was patient, a great listener and very friendly to us. We found and tried on a gown in less than 20 minutes. The store was pretty busy but everyone seemed to be recieving help and dressing room/mirror access. We'll be back for our future dress/accessories needs."
