"Very friendly staff. The hotel is 1/4 mile off route 77, which makes it very quiet with no road noise. It is a very clean and well lighted property. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good."

"Customer service does not exist at this hotel. I have been a top level Marriott customer for +23 years. This hotel would not clean your room for 2 days when you asked them. When I asked, they put a note under the door that service would only be provided after 7 days. Don't stay here."

"I have never gotten the chance to stay at this hotel. I have attempted several times to reserve and book 12 rooms for my scout group. Management does not follow up with anyone. I have been begun to feel because I’m a person of color. It’s sad to see that in 2023 companies have management that will ignore certain races of people and not allow them to reserve a certain amount of rooms. I even had one of our white parents call to reserve the rooms. But because I’m the contact person, no management ever contacted me."

"The room was not prepared properly. No wash clothes, coffee maker dirty, and a used facemask in the middle of the floor. Staff had an 'oh well' attitude when this was brought to their attention. They gave us wash clothes, but did not offer to correct the other issues."

"Very nice hotel located at a good highway stop. Next to another hotel, set far enough the road so it's isolated and quiet from road noise. Plenty of free parking. The rooms are spacious and modern. The queen beds were comfy. Nice bathroom. AC plenty cold. Want to deduct a point because the 2nd elevator was out of order as well as the breakfast juice machine. The breakfast overall was just okay. I wish our stay was a bit cheaper. We would stay again."
