"Hair looks great overall but service isn’t for me. Demeanor wasn’t welcoming at all. If I’m paying quality prices, I won’t accept anything less they high quality customer service. I’m finding in today’s world people often try to justify rudeness with saying they’re direct but it’s not the same thing. Initial appointment was alright but when I went back for a maintenance it was different. There seemed to be a slight attitude from the time I entered the door and I realized there was a miscommunication that I was supposed to take out the feed-ins. When I looked back on the site, the service did not specify whether to take them out or not, so I went off of the other maintenance service in which you keep everything in the hair and the stylist does it. In addition , I was tired and if I’m moving or something just ask me to stay still or something don’t harshly re-position my head or rudely ask “are you Ok!?”. Then, when a piece of hair was left out and I asked if the feed-in braid could be redone (not knowing there was an easier fix mind you), the stylist answered rudely and refused to do so. Instead it was crocheted into the sew-in which is fine but it’s not what was said but how it’s said. You live you learn everyone is different but customer service is important to me as a business owner myself. If there was some sort of misunderstanding, then advise so but otherwise it’s a NO for me unfortunately. Book recommendations: Everyone communicates few connect and crucial conversations"
