I came to Chelsea for the second time the other day, and once again I felt listened to and left happy with my hair. This location isn't the closest one to me, but as an anxious person, I will definitely go a little out of my way to a place I feel most comfortable."
"If you go here do not get Kimberley. She’s extremely rude and was rushing through my hair because she was late on the last cut. I understand that people have bad days, but don’t take it out on the client and don’t rush through the cut. I asked for 1/2” trim and she decided to do what she thought was best and took off 1.5” and cut my bangs 2” off and was rushing through it lmao. I can’t speak for the others there, but don’t get her."
