So they have a schedule to fit your needs day or night."

"The phone rep. who I spoke with had a NASTY attitude about my situation with ride scheduling. She basically argued with me about EVERYTHING I had to say. Also when I said I needed a bus pass for Mon-Fri as well as Sat-Sun I needed to be picked up by a driver, she got even more of an attitude. There should be some type of pre-employment aptitude test to make sure future potential employees have the temperament to deal with difficult situations, and if they can't then it should be one THE deciding factors for that person to not be hired. As well as existing employees should have to take an aptitude test yearly, and the results (should they be unsatisfactory) determine whether or not an employee continues their employment with the company."
