Automatically assumed I wasn’t license and told me to leave yet sold products to a teen girl without asking for one? Was excited to move to an area with actual supplies but if this is how they treat people I’d rather order online and wait a week. Save your money."

She knows how the license and the cosmoprof card works as far as the address and such. Absolutely unacceptable!"
"Wanted in to find hair products for my biracial daughter. Walked in and was asked if I had a license. I responded no and was quickly told I could not shop in the store. Didnt know you had to have a license to buy shampoo or other hair products. Even if I decide to get a license, I will never shop in this store and I do alot of hair! Never again! Sally's will always have you beat because they know friendly customer service!"
