PLS Check Cashers

"PLS has its ups and downs in terms of long wait times unprofessional customer service and communication. The good to point out is the space. It is organized and clean for the most part. Not to single anyone out.... Kadijah - who works at PLS @ the 1800 south Tryon site in Charlotte NC is one that stands out everytime I come in there. I go there alot atleast 4 times a week. The way she handles customers is very rude and unprofessional. PLS seems like a business that can thrive I just wouldn't want to be known for unprofessional customer service that leads to longer wait times for other customers due to Kadijah being rude. It puts a bad taste in your mouth for such a great establishment. When you are establishing customer service there is no need to be hostile towards a customer due to their lack of understanding how the place operates. Good customer service is informing the client your available options to further assist them bringing good business and better reviews. Until I see a change my review stands at 1 star"
