"My daughter is a former employee. On Christmas Day 2022, we had a house fire. We lost almost everything. We are still trying to find a new home. During this time Fatima Clark, made things worse for my daughter emotionally. I called Fatima, last week and asked for a letter: that stated when my daughter's last day of employment was. I let her know that was the only thing we needed to get approved for a new home. Fatima, assured me she would email me the letter. She never did. So i called back to the center. I didn't get an answer. When my call was returned. A lady said "this is Fatima I'm returning a call someone called from this number". I proceeded to tell her who I was and asked about the letter. She then says in a rude way "Fatima is out sick today and I don't know what to tell you". Then she hung up. After she had already gave her name as "Fatima" in the beginning of the call. I sure hope she has a better attitude. Towards the kids. For someone working in child care. You'd think she would be more caring. Especially to a former hard working employee. That is going through a life altering situatuon."
