"Our 10X16 Graceland Building we purchased at the Harrisonburg Graceland Building sales location in early summer was delivered Thursday of this week and is exactly what we ordered and of a quality that exceeds that of any other buildings we have researched for comparison. Upon entering the Graceland Building model area in Harrisonburg to look at the various types of buildings available, we were greeted by Tasha who answered every question we had, provided folders of information for us to take and review in our decision-making, provided accurate and specific cost information, and established a pleasant, helpful relationship with us that was in no way pushy or hard-sell. After a week of consideration about making a purchase, we decided to purchase a building from Graceland, reconnected with Tasha to complete the final paperwork for the specific building we wanted to order, and provided the required down payment to complete our order. Tasha stayed in contact with us while our building was being constructed to provide updates on its progress and to keep us updated as the delivery date approached. During this time we met Tasha’s husband Josh who was also helpful and cordial; they work as a sales team between their Harrisonburg and Staunton Graceland Building sales locations. Tasha and Josh are excellent sales representatives for Graceland Buildings, selling quality buildings and offering outstanding customer service, knowledge of their products, and customer support during the process. Our building was delivered this week by a delivery company from Danville, Va. This company was outstanding and represented Graceland Buildings well. They were communicative, professional, and punctual in their delivery process. The driver Ezra was a young man who was highly experienced, confident, capable, prompt, and efficient. Singlehandedly, he unloaded our 10X16 building, leveled and anchored it, and checked it over to be sure the doors worked properly and all was in excellent order. All was exactly as promised. We highly recommend Graceland Buildings for the outstanding quality of their buildings; for the professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful sales team of Tasha and Josh who worked with us to ensure that the building we ordered was exactly what we wanted; and for the professional delivery company in Danville, their contact rep Hannah who arranged the delivery specifics, and their driver Ezra who delivered and set our building. From start to delivery, we are pleased with our experience with Graceland Buildings of Harrisonburg and strongly recommend them to others who want to purchase a quality building. It was more than enough space for what I currently need it for and I have enough room once I accumulate more tools etc. most of all the price was not bad at all for this size shed.
