"Absolutely awful I made an appointment the day prior and was told to come in at 9. Well I did just that and there was another woman behind me so I hold the door for her to come in. Well the lady that was working proceeds to let the woman who came in after me come in first take the chair and then asks me what I needed. I told her that I had an appointment for that day at 9 and she smugly tells me to come back later. Don’t waste your time here ! Very unprofessional and possibly racist."

"Honestly the worst nail experience I have ever had, and reading the other reviews, I notice quite a few ppl had the same experience. My best friend and I made an appointment the day before, showed up and waited for over an hour while they served walk-ins before us. Whoever the guy who works there is is terrible (I don’t remember his name). He was extremely rude to his customers and unfortunately I got stuck with him. He argued with me about the color, the shape, and the length of my nails, refusing to cut them more when I asked until I got upset at him. This is also THE WORST set I have ever had. He made them extremely thick and filled for so long. It took him 2 hours to do a simple brown acrylic set, whereas Rachel did my friend’s in 30 minutes and they looked way better. It seems like most people have a horrible experience when he does their nails. Unless you can guarantee you get Rachel or the other woman working, don’t waste your time or money. Very expensive and didn’t even do a good job. I would give the customer service a 0."

"First and foremost let me say if I could give different sets of stars for one review I would, unfortunately I cannot. I have gone here since Jay was still running the place, I loved it. I've loved it up until my last two trips. Now, before I dive in, let me just say Tammy and Rachel are the sweetest women I have ever met, and they are extremely blessed with their skills to do nails. They're always so beautiful. So I 10/10 recommend going if you can assure you get an experience with one of them and only them. Now, for the rest of the review, I unfortunately will not be going back because the last few times I've gone I've specifically called and made appointments so I wouldn't have to wait hours. However, I've waited 1 to 2 hours each time, and watched walks ins without appointments still go ahead of me... My last appointment I was put with an older gentleman to do my initial fill-in. These nails are the absolute worst set I've had. They're obnoxiously thick, he put a tip on one nail that was too big, and when he cut it down he cut my finger. He filed multiple patches of skin, and had I not pulled away, would've sliced my thumb open with the file. He kept asking if he was hurting me and initially he wasn't and I'd tell him no.. but it was almost as if that was his goal, and he achieved it by drawing blood and at least 3 spots... This same set isn't even full 2 weeks old and already lifting, and chipping around the top of my nails (not the gel polish, the actual acrylic). One thumb looks like it's at 3 weeks of growth which is not making any sense to me but whatever. This experience has just turned me away from wanting to go back sadly. So, unless you can make sure you've got Rachel or Tammy do do your nails from start to finish, and have a lot of time to waste waiting, don't go here."

"I made an appointment at 2:00. Other people were waiting when I arrived. It took 30-40 minutes before I started soaking my nails off. After an hour I got most of my old dip off myself. After 1.25 hours I ask about paying for my nail removal to leave and was asked, “you don’t want your nails done?” I stated I did, but had been waiting an 1.25 hours with an appointment. She stated she was done and I was next. I got my nails done and within two days I broke one and within a week three broke (I did not do or hit anything hard or different then normal, they just started breaking). It’s been about 2 weeks now and they are slowly all breaking, normally I go three weeks with dip with no issues."
