"Unfortunately, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the food. I also ordered something that I couldn’t eat which were onions. And nothing was ever said about changing the order. The food, the chicken, and everything it’s appeared to have too much salt on it. There was so much salt it made my head swim. The chicken made the rest of the food salty! After registering our concerns about the salt, we expected the people who ran the restaurant to say something, but they didn’t. It was such an awful experience that we not only threw our food away, and they never said anything about being sorry that it was not good food. That restaurant was the worst restaurant I have ever gone to, and the poor management was the worst that I’ve ever seen. Someone needs to go there and help them to not only cook great food, but to also improve their customer service."

"Filthy! From the moment we walked in, trash on the floors. The areas where they serve the food and immediately behind and beside the serving area were littered with food scraps. I literally closed my eyes until my son was at the register with his food. I didn't get anything after seeing the filth. He's a hungry teen, so it didn't deter him. No more Chipotle. Third time in as many cities encountering filth. Three strikes. It's a shame because the food is good."

"Very disappointed with this location! I was wanting Chipotle since I had not had it a while and this is what I got! This is literally 3 tacos! It’s more of a soup taco. I’m confused as to what is watery in it! I just waisted. 22.00 for nothing!"

"I tried to leave ZERO stars but they wouldn’t let me. I eat at chipotle 4-5x minimum every week, but this location has really went above and beyond to just WOW me when it comes to disappointment, when I walked in I thought that the stove was broken because everyone but 3 people were grouped up on the side, there was a really long line and one guy kept walking back and fourth from the kitchen and the dining room I thought he was homeless at first until he started playing with the computer. He was in sandals and sleeveless shirt. Completely unsanitary and the cashier was just loving every bit of the restaurant being on fire, he would just laugh when I asked why everyone chose to take a break all at once, then someone else came over and said they’re all in a meeting which I find very odd to take a meeting during rush hour and not before or after the restaurant operating hours. Rice was crunchy (hard as rocks) steak was actually cut into really big chunks but it was dry, they didn’t have much of anything on the line and as you can see from the pictures no one is cooking anymore. I’m not sure if these people were trained or if this is all a big joke but cashier with the glasses thought it was all funny, he was completely uneducated. Me and everyone else in line were completely upset. PLEASE hire a completely new team"

"Food: The food was good, it’s Chipotle. I decided to try the Pollo Asado on my bowl and I honestly could not tell a difference between the regular Chicken. Food was well-seasoned and flavorful. They did not have chips available. Service: We took about 30 minutes to order in-person. I notice that they were also taking in online orders and making them as they came in. Not only is this holding us up but the employees are exhausted and used to the extreme. The online orders caused for the lobby to be open only to pick up food, those who were waiting in line had to order their food through the app while being in the store. While we were in line waiting, we encountered a few upset customers and it honestly was not the employee’s fault. Kitchen was dirty and not very clean. The fountain drinks were not being taking care of. The soda was water and the Agua Frescas were emptied. This Chipotle location should not overwork their employees and maintain order."
