"We have been using BOCC for almost 10 yrs now. We also have accounts with national banks. We are in the process of changing those national accounts to BOCC. Folks at the branch have always been nice and accommodating. I enjoy the small town feel. If I did have a suggestion for BOCC it is to stay up with the current trends regarding online banking and web content. When I need to come into the office I would like the small town feel but I also need the same functionality online as the national banks. Some of your web content is a little dated and not A+ material."

"I see another 1 star review for notary service we'll let me add another! Had urgent need to get a single page letter notarized and they denied service because I wasn't a member and even recommended I go to UPS. Obviously I'm aware UPS offers this however if you would have taken a min to listen you would have understood that this letter was in relation to my vehicle and the only place within walking distance was you! Tomorrow is Sunday, following day is a holiday so I'm looking at multiple more days of no car because you couldn't spare 3min of your time to a non member. I'm so glad I'm not a member if this is how you treat people in need. Since you were so kind as to offer another establishment I will make sure to return the favor each time someone asks if they should bank with you. Bank anywhere but here!"

"Super long wait for a notary. Friendly staff to my mom at first but then wouldn't witness a document as I did not have an account. No idea why they were so petty, but they guaranteed that I'd never get an account here."

"Convenient location, friendly tellers & the best bank for older vehicle loans. Not everyone buys a brand new car & other banking institutions in the area put restrictions on how old the vehicle can be. BOCC does also but the years old is longer so this is helpful to many people. Great hours as well!"
