"This is the gas station closest to my house- however, I won't be returning after hearing what I heard this evening. It is crazy she's still employed over there. The younger lady that works evenings is over there openly spewing racial slur. She said it clear as day. I won't be returning!"

"I always come in late at night and there's this amazing woman who always does thirds. She has dark brown hair, always in a pony tail, about 5'3. She's so kind to my boyfriend and I, and the other customers as well. Even when some customers can be very rude. I was really hungry one night and was looking at the taquitos, noticed there weren't any taco ones and before I could even ask/think of asking, she offered to make me some. The store is always clean, coffee is fresh and hot, shelves are stocked as well. People who get hateful at the staff need to remember, this store gets VERY busy. First and second shift can only do so much. If you're going in during rush hour or after a huge wave of people, they likely are cleaning or getting ready to clean! A "please" and "thank you" go a long way."

"Went in this evening to get a hot cup of coffee. There was three urns of regular coffee none of which was fresh. There was 2 employees working. Both had one customer a piece. I told the guy that was working that none of the coffee was fresh. Didn't bother to make fresh or anything. The lady employee went out to smoke which she walked right passed the coffee bar and didn't stop to check to see if fresh coffee was needed. I usually never go to this 711 because the employees are always rude. But I was on my way out to luray so I decided to stop and get a cup of coffee. Big mistake. I'll never be returning to this 711 again."
