"After calling multiple times and speaking to someone telling them we needed a tow they kept hanging up. We were stranded 5 hours from home with our puppy and just needed a tow to a nearby garage. Wouldn't use them if you need help anytime soon. They are just rude and they stopped even answering our calls as they were one of the last ones open later. Very unprofessional."

"My son and his wife were traveling from Oklahoma to Damneck Virginia for his Navy C School. Their vehicle started i overheating so he pulled off the road and googled Hagy's garage. They came out and gave him a tow and took his wife to the auto parts store to get a belt for the water pump which broke. They told him "we don't charge service members" the tow and repair were free and all he had to pay for was the new belt. Thank you for taking care of my son. It literally brought tears to my eyes when he called me and told me what you did for him. Makes me happy to know there are people out there looking out for our service members."

"Had a problem with the alternator on my '76 Coachman Class A RV. I was on a trip from MD to TX in early August 2014 and it quit on a Sunday afternoon. They were the only place that seemed to be open, or at least answering the phone. Lisa called a mechanic in and he spent the afternoon replacing the alternator, regulator, a bad mounting bolt and both belts (the belts were at my request). The cost was very reasonable, surprising even and on a Sunday to boot. I was very pleased with the service. Very nice folks."
