I guess they rather stand outside chatting smoking or whatever they consider more important than a customer. Definitely took my business elsewhere and won't waste my time trying to get in for a haircut."

"Don't go to Kelly. She was terrible and turned my hair pumpkin orange, didn't use toner, dried it and was about to style it when I told her I wasnt goin to walk out with that color she tried to say it would wash and fade out. The other stylist in the salon finally offered to mix a toner to put in my hair for her. She only left it on 2-3mins so it didn't help, her solution was to rebleach it that same day. I refused. 10/10 would not recommend . Then she got mad and threw her phone across the salon. A total disaster it was...The whole experience."
