"so I had been there years ago and Trish had cut my hair and I was always very happy with the finished look . Went there a week or so ago and walked out with 5 inches gone which is not what I intended plus gapped very gapped I will never be back and NO air wasn’t Trish ... I’m so saddened by the look of my hair it sickens me really . I didn’t notice how bad it was until I left so I also tipped the lady very well ."
