"It's quite absurd to charge a customer over for something that you messed up. A week and a half and some the nails fall off while washing dishes? Not to mention the rest are lifting and let in moisture, which will cause a setup of nail fungus, etc. And then charge $10 to soak them off snd $25 to redo them? Nah, that's not happening. I'd advise to go to another place that actually knows how to keep nails from coming off in a week and a half and to beat it all charing $50 initially for shoddy work. It'd be different if the issue were user error, but seriously - just washing dishes and they came off. Like, is this glue that you get from wal mart? Not happy at all!"
