"I frequent both Orange Ave and Franklin Rd Sally's locations. However, this review is based on my recent interaction @ the Orange Ave location. I came in about 3 weeks ago (January 8, 2023) and was serviced by a skinny guy with long, platinum blonde hair. He spent majority of the time I was there on his phone, but offered assistance once or twice & helped other clients as well. I dye my hair A LOT & know exactly what I'm looking for when I come in. I have one specific brand I prefer, however, the color I was in search of in my normal brand, you were out of, in turn having me choose something else that I am unfamiliar with. The guy with the platinum blonde hair recommended the IROIRO brand three or four different tomes over the various other color brands you carry, so I went with it. I even read reviews on the product when I got home before even putting it in my hair. Let me just say, I am HIGHLY disappointed that your rep would recommend a product that is seriously garbage. It literally faded out of my hair within a WEEK! Because my hair is so short, I had a lot of dye left and have been able to reuse the same one I purchased for $15 (which is way over priced for a product that doesn't work). I have had to reapply the dye to my hair once a week since the initial application. The color faded EXTREMELY fast and also IS NOT the color advertised. I purchased NEON LAVENDER, and the color is NOT neon OR lavender NOR is it UV reactive as advertised. Highly disappointed in the product itself and, as stated, that your rep would recommend a garbage product multiple times. (2.5 out of 5 stars on the entire encounter & product combined) ... :("
