"I went into the salon and showed Marie six pictures of the hairstyle that I wanted. The pictures were of me, so I wanted the exact hairstyle that I had in the pictures. Marie said she could do it and even took pictures of the pictures I showed her to use during my hairstyle. Less than midway through the hair style, I asked to see my braids. Marie was doing my hair completely wrong, so I asked her to redo some of the braids. After she redid them, I checked my hair again, and Marie still did the braids WRONG!!! I asked her to please redo my hair like I showed her in the pictures, and she walked away from my hair to the back of the store, ANGRY!!! When she came back, and I told her to follow the pictures, she said “I’m not redoing your hair again. I’m pregnant, and I don’t have time for this. I have another client coming in, and I’m not spending all day on your hair. I’ve never had a client like you.” I told her that she was selling a service, and it was rude of her to get angry, yell at, and complain to a client. IF SHE COULDN'T PRODUCE THE HAIRSTYLE, SHE SHOULD HAVE SAID SO!!! SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO DO SOMETHING SHE IS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING!!!! She was angry at me because SHE couldn’t do my hair!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER BE BACK, and I DO NOT recommend Perspectives or Marie. She did a sloppy job, my part isn’t in the middle, the length wasn’t even correct even though I showed her and told her, and she yelled at me!!!! DON’T GO TO PERSPECTIVES!!!!"
