"I usually have a good experience here but it’s hard when there are only two people designated to do nails and even when you set an appointment they will sometimes be a bit behind. But as far as artwork on the nails they do a decent job but I’ll stick to the basics."

"The females that work here are great ( I've never had a bad experience with them) but I must say the guy who did my pedicure was not good. My toes looks like something that was done at home. He used one product (salt scrub) only on one foot, then put like a lotion on the other. The water was cold & the brush hurt and scratched up my feet. I mean I was almost in tears it hurt so bad when he brushed across my feet. It must have been an old, worn-out, cheap brush. I'll never do it again I can promise that."

"PLEASE TAKE HEED ON THE REVIEWS! If there were a below 0 stars that will surely be given. Question: why have a business that you know is going to a busy establishment BUT DONT WANT TO DO WHAT A CUSTOMER WANTS!! Uses old polished. Not up to date on new styles unless they lied to me when asked. I visited this salon numerous times. First time going was fine. The guy that sits in front did a beautiful job. When it was time to get refill, called and made an appointment with him. Got there he’s busy send me to a lady. She had no mask on and was coughing up a lung. Felt extremely uncomfortable. She cut end did a refill. The polish they have is old and all my once beautiful nails look like a railway tracks. . They have their special clients that get great treatments. All should be trained, be professional. Stop saying you busy when you not. You overbook yourself. Find another place"

"Ive been going here for a few years waxing, manicures, and pedicures. The quality of the service has gone down hill tremendously. They always seem to be rushing. I got a full set put on and 2 of nails were clearly crooked. The nail techs just don't seem to care. I recently came in for an eye brow wax. The female that did the waxing only seemed interested in trying to get me into getting my lip waxed. She did a really bad job waxing my eyebrows. I had to pluck them when i got home. She also left wax all over my face and some on my eye lid. Then i find wax in my hair ... unbelievable!!! This is the last time i visit this location."
