"Called for an appt. They said none were available, but my husband and son could walk in and see if they would be seen. They decided to go. My husband explicitly asked for a certain hair cut for my son and himself. They went against everything my husband requested! They both hate their hair cut and my son is mad and crying. If they couldn't accommodate his request they should've said so and not cut thier hair just to get it over with. Beyond disappointed."
