"I was visiting the area from out of town. I chose this place based on the reviews. I called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in right away. I got french tips on my nails and toes with a matte top coat. Everyone was very nice, but I was disappointed with the final product. I asked for a tip to be placed on my big toes (I like for them to be very square), and they politely refused. It seemed as if they had no idea what that was. I guess it's not a common service here? For my nails, they put white nail tips, which I've never seen before. She said this saves time and money because she wouldn't have to freehand paint my nails white. However, she didn't paint my natural nail pink and, due to the buffing from the machine, this caused some of my natural nails to have what looked like little white scuff marks. The nail tech blamed my nail and said it happens. I found that to be bad customer service when she could have just fixed it. My nails didn't have those marks before I came. The price was very high for what I got, comparable to my home nail shop where I get better quality service and the nail techs are more knowledgeable. Overall, they got the job done and were so kind, but I wouldn't come back."

"Was in there eight days to get a fill ended up paying $50 I understand it was because I had long nails however three have already fell off and my paint has chipped off! I will not be wasting no more money coming in there! I go to G3 and my nails last the nail paint never chips I’m very upset"
