"1 star! Wish I could do ZERO. The older lady rushed the whole time and kept looking outside the window not focusing on what she was doing. While she was gluing on the nails they were falling off. She got acrylic on my skin and cut my finger while filing. When I saw how poor of a job she was doing I changed my mind about the design and asked for a single color and she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes and starting being really rough with my hands. If you get the younger lady I recommend but if you get the older lady save yourself your time and money and walk out."

"My friend and I went to get our nails done and this is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I got dip powder with tips and he cut my finger/cuticles multiple times with the file machine. My cuticles are now very damaged and scabbed. They also did the nails very rushed just to get it done and were rude rushing me and my friend to pick a color even though we were the only customers in the salon. If I am going to pay $40 for nails, they should it least be well done and not damage my cuticles. One of the nails already broke also and it's been a week and the clear coat is peeling off. I have never experienced this when getting my nails done elsewhere."

"I'm assuming they overbooked because I had a very long wait. I had the gentleman who did my nails and he worked between myself and one more person so it took a long time. His work was definitely not up to par. He did not have a good finish, I had to tell him to clean off some of the excess polish that was showing and now after 4 days, you can see all of the imperfections of the nail paint because he didn't go through and clean it up."

"Only been to TP nails twice, and I definitely won't stop at just 2. Every crazy idea I've had, has been made successfully how I wanted it to be on my nails. They have friendly service, a clean space, and a cute little dog to keep you company!"
