"Not coming back here. my first experience they made me wait over an hour even with a reservation and then apologized by giving me a gift card. I wanted to give them a second chance bc the service was good. But the second time, they made me wait (again on reservation) and said they couldn’t take me and to come back!! I was so upset bc this was right before I got engaged!!! I’m happy I found a different salon to help me prep before my special day. You should respect people that make reservations and come on time!"

"I wrote that a week ago ( I was so disappointed. After less than a week my dip powder came off). And they reply to me to call them and come to the nail salon to fix the issue. Unfortunately I call them they told me to come anytime to fix the problem. However, when I went today they told me they can’t do anything for me because the guy who did my nail he is off. And the other technician can’t help me or do anything. I asked for the manager, the lady on the front start to be rude and she told me she is not there and they could not call her and they will inform her. The worst experience ever."

"*side note on the health of my nails before* I’m someone who’s always done acrylic nails, so obviously that has damaged my nails. Of course the application would of looked 10x better if my nails were more healthy but I’m still super proud of Tammy’s work and this chrome finish gel manicure. Tammy is amazing, super kind and professional. I’ve even gone to her for a pedi, with regular polish and it turned out so good.. my toes looked amazing! So of course I had to come back and see her for a manicure. Thank you! I love the work and it looks so fun and festive for the holidays."
