"I was eager to try this nail shop with excellent reviews, but my first impression was disappointing due to the dirty environment and unpleasant smell from the towels. Although Kelly, who did my nails, seemed skilled and worked quickly, there was a lack of effort and a lack of greeting as a new customer. She completed my nails in 20 minutes, but neglected the edges, and when I asked her to fix it, she seemed dismissive. Overall, the experience was okay, but I don't plan on returning."
