"I like coming here because it’s close by, but my experience has been different with every threader. Unless it’s the owner, I really can’t trust that my brows will come out the shape I like them. Today I pointed to the brow chart and asked for a specific shape, and I don’t even think the she looked at what I was pointing at- instead the lady made them way too thin and rectangular- not the arch I wanted in any way. Very disappointed this time despite the last time I went being so happy with how they came out. Very mixed feelings about coming here again."

"Horrible eyebrow touch up. I just needed to get the touch up. I really had best shaped eyebrows of my life, I got it done in one of the parlour in New Jersey, this person here ruined it . Now one is higher than the other and way shorter . Completely messed it up. I am planing to use eyebrow pencil to make it look equal for the first time till it grows back. You guys need to train your staff before hiring . Horrible skills. Will not recommend . I wished I had checked the review before coming here."

"Terrible experience. I wanted to try a new place and found this near my new job and she completely botched my eyebrows. They are asymmetrical. I just asked her to clean it (I had a shape already from a different eyebrow place) and it came out terrible. I will not be returning. DO NOT RECCOMEND!"
