"If I could rate a “ 0 “ I would. Do not let “ Brianna “ touch your hair. I came in there wanting golden blonde and my hair turned more grey than ash blonde look. She had to use clarifying shampoo to get it out and it still looks terrible. I am so unsatisfied! On top of that all my friends are telling me my roots are uneven. And I tried calling back to ask for a refund and they didn’t allow it and when I was on the chair I almost wanted to cry because I didn’t like my hair. Now I’m at home using my own money fixing my hair. This is unfair. I usually never write bad reviews but this time I really had to because of how poor I was treated."
