"She cut my hair very short and said that is what I asked her to do. Then she was curling my not even one inch hair. When I told her I did not need it styled or curled she continued to do so and said she was the best and knew what she was doing."

"Wouldn't recommend. I booked through Groupon and had to contact three times just to get an appointment. Then when it was scheduled via text, she told me she would have to confirm the appointment 2 days before and she was busy doing hair. Fair enough, but when reading the reviews, she's working out of her house. I asked if she was able to do a two day confirmation since it was difficult to even get the appointment. She reassured me she could and sent a text telling me she would "let me know when it's safe" to enter her house. When I checked in 3 days before, she was annoyed and told me it was now a 24-48 hour confirmation period. TODAY is the appointment and she called me at 8:23am asking me to reschedule for TODAY at 11am since she has a cancellation. When I said no, we confirmed for 2:15pm (which was an unnecessary struggle to even confirm that silver I requested 1pm) she hung up mid sentence. The brashness of her tone was HIGHLY jarring. Extremely negative experience thus far and I'll be heading to the salon down the road from me instead today. Based on the lack of professionalism, I would trust her hands on my hair at this point. Good luck to those who do."

"Charleen just did an amazing thing with this head of hair! I explained to her that I only get my hair cut once every two years or so because I don't ever do anything with it, other than wash it and throw it up in a messy bun. Looking back, I think the real reason I was only cutting my hair every two years is because nobody has done it as well as her! This haircut literally just changed my life!
