Danial told me he would be back in 10 minutes and came back 2 hours later once. He will make the appointment but cancel them himself because he wants to take other appointments"

"I got braids done by Seble and less than two weeks (12 days) later they were already messy. My natural hair was sticking out of the braids, the ends were coming undone, and one of the even braids fully came out of my hair. The ends were ratty and knotted from the beginning. I had to rebraid one of them because it undid and I had to reseal all of the ends because they looked so bad. I asked for a refund and she tried to tell me this happened because “I washed my hair”. I washed it gently once, the braids should not be coming apart after 12 days just because I washed them ONCE."

"I called Early this morning at 8:30 to asked for the price of wash and blow dry, someone answered the phone and said $25, i said Okay, I’ll be there shortly. I drove 15mins, to get there just for them to act dum like nobody answered the phone this morning and talked to me. They all sound alike to i couldn’t tell who talked to me. They act like they didn’t want to help me so i left. A waste of time!"
