"Performance Collision did an excellent job repairing some damage to my Subaru Outback. They were friendly, professional, finished the repairs ahead of schedule, and kept me informed twice a week on the progress. They worked smoothly with my insurance company and I love that they are right next to a rental car company so you can park your car for repairs and walk next door to pick up a rental! I don't want to have to return for any future repairs but if I ever need car repairs done, I'll come back to this company!"

"Horrible. Took vehicle in for a quote, lady took a 15 second look and gave us an extremely high price, without putting any effort in at all. We took the vehicle in for 2 other quotes. People who actually took the time to do their jobs and the quotes came back at 1/3 of what Performance Collision came up with. If the technicians are as lazy as the lady that gave us the quote, we'll never use this place."

"Best experience ever! They kept me up to date twice weekly about the progress of my car. I got my car back 3 weeks earlier than expected and to make it even better, on my birthday!!! The work done on my car was phenomenal, made it look brand new again. My subaru aftermarket emblem came off during repairs and performance ordered me brand new ones and even put them on for me. "Brought my car in for repairs on Oct. 25th following an accident. I had forgotten about my appointment until they called me same day to remind me. They were polite and understanding and told me to just drop it off that day when I could. During the next 3 weeks, they updated me twice weekly on the progress on my car, which was greatly appreciated. At one point, the aftermarket Subaru emblem on my trunk was peeled off and Performance ordered me brand new ones for the front and back. I was given an estimated return time of Dec. 6th. So imagine my surprise when they call me on Nov. 13th telling me my car was ready. To make it even better, it was my birthday! They all wished me a Happy Birthday when I came in for pick up, which was incredibly sweet. I got to leave my rental keys with them and they even took care of getting the rental returned for me. I work in the sales industry where how you treat people matters most, and I have to say that the wonderful people at Performance offered me the best customer service I can say I've ever had. Truly iconic. Looking over my car, it looked brand new again. Absolutely beautiful. The work is top tier and worth a little bit of a wait. Thank you!!"
