"2.5 stars, here’s my honest review…. seems like a nice place, didn’t get my hair done just went for a pedi and eyebrow wax. soak & massage felt great during the pedi, Bridgett was very nice and friendly. next came the eyebrow wax, i have thicker brows and everyone just shapes them but i wanted them thinner. i showed her some reference photos and she understood what i wanted and they came out great. now unfortunately i do have to talk about the cons of my experience.. again i’m just being honest and not trying to write a “bad” review. i didn’t know she was finished with my eyebrows because she didn’t pluck them after to clean it up, which i am satisfied with the way they look so that’s okay but she didn’t even wipe my brows or put aloe on my skin or anything to soothe the waxing once she was done. then once i got home i was looking in the mirror and saw that she left a bit of wax on my forehead and in my hair and my eyebrows were still sticky. a simple baby wipe fixed that so idk why she couldn’t finish the job. secondly, the pedicure. i asked for a french tip, she said she loves the french tip look with the pink gel and seemed like she knew what she was doing. when i got a good look at my feet after i paid and left i was very dissatisfied and disappointed. she got the white nail polish all over my toes and even underneath my toenails. even when i tried to fix it after a shower, the gel was already coming off. so i was careful and put my own top coat on and hopefully it lasts more than a week but idk. live and learn, now i know to really make sure i’m happy with the way i look when i leave a salon, before i pay and tip. i paid $75 for a bad outcome. i added pictures as proof. i won’t be going to this establishment again."
