"Had an appointment set (with confirmation) for almost a week. Went in for my appointment and with no notice the place is closed today on 1/22. It’s not a problem when someone has to close down but it’s about communicating to your customers of you doing so. Will not return as a customer again."

"The hair dresser was very friendly and chatty. She got the hairstyle exactly right but I only wanted a couple inches taken off and lots of layers. I got lots of layers but my hair went from the middle of my back to my shoulders. So instead of having 2 to 3 inches cut she cut 5 to 6 off"

"I made an appointment online for my son to get his haircut. The lady that cut my son's hair had no idea what she was doing. There was another girl working there that I honestly thought was drunk, she was just goofing off with a couple of clients she had. This is after she totally ignored us waiting at the desk. And then told us we would have to wait, she wasn't sure how long, and she literally went and sat down and continued talking and laughing and acting extremely goofy. Idk. My son ended up liking his haircut even though it was nothing like he wanted it to be or asked for. Very disappointing. The Princeton location is always so nice and have always done great with my kids. Bluefield needs some better leadership or something."

"I got a haircut on the 10th she gapped my hair so bad I even had a pic of the cut I wanted, I didn't realize how gapped it was till I got home and washed it. Now when I go to church I have to wear a hat till it grows out. I will never be back unless you get Lisa back Lisa was really good."
