"Jane at Great Clips in Bonsack is GREAT!!! My 11 year old son LOVES her and the way she cuts his hair at his "particular" age...he is VERY picky these days.....We always call in advance to see when SHE is working!"

"While waiting the manager loudly and publicly berated an employee multiple times. When the employee attempted to discuss how unprofessional she felt the situation was being handled the manager continued to berate the employee. Ultimately the employee packed her belongings and left (frankly I don’t blame her). It was extremely unprofessional of the manager to handle the situation the way she did. The manager additionally neglected to check my son in with my husband and daughter. Then the stylist that cut his hair cut his neck line at a 45degree angle. The sad thing is the lady that walked out is one of the best stylists they had. This day and age there is no excuse for poor management."

"I would not recommend going to Great clips in bonsack. The girl was rude took my glasses off my face. Hurried through the haircut and was a bit aggressive. Cut it shorter than I wanted it to be and I told her not to cut it like that. She said we aim to please. Who are you aiming to please me or yourself? Very dissatisfied the last three times that I've been to either Great clips!"

"The woman was rude. She obviously didn't want to cut my son's hair. She made very uncomfortable conversation. She was very aggressive in how she would GRAB my child's face. He was very uncomfortable. We've never had any issues with him getting his hair cut, or wiggling too much, yet this woman wanted me to hold my child's head throughout the appointment. The haircut turned out terrible. I'll never come back."

"I checked in online. Within minutes I was asked if I did, confirmed my name, and was then lead to the chair by my stylist. She was friendly and very efficient. In 15 minutes from arrival I was done. A good haircut at a very reasonable price. I recommend."
