"Gloss is a fabulous salon! Visually, it's light, bright and always clean. The vibe seems to be always upbeat and it feels like everyone gets along and they enjoy each other. That makes it super comfortable as a customer coming in for a service. My family and I see Jeanie for our hair and she is a master at her craft! We all communicate very differently and Jeanie can take anything we say or show and translate it to an amazing haircut. "I met with one stylist for a consult and she couldn’t get me in for 9 weeks, so she recommended Randi. I paid almost $200 and didn’t get what I asked for. The color was applied unevenly and spots were missed. It was meant to be two tones and one doesn’t even show. 3 weeks later it is washing out in weird splotches. The color she used was dark and I have some of my old blonde hair showing through. I’ve felt so self conscious since going here. None of the people in my life even acknowledged the huge change to my hair. I’m not very picky and don’t usually write bad reviews, but I’m pretty upset by this experience."
