She goes the extra mile to make it perfect even after the disaster i gave her to correct. 10/10 *update to 3 stars* After waiting long enough to be seen was told they did not have time to do a root touch up 2 hours before closing. Im not a hairstylist but I have been getting my hair done and doing my hair long enough to know it shouldn’t take that long.. (last time i was here I had a color correction that took 3-4 hours only because there were two processes on my entire head… so about 2 hours per process on my entire length of hair) I could understand that they were busy but they should’ve asked me what i planned on getting done before letting me wait and waste my time if they really think they didnt have time to do a simple root touch up. Also am disappointed that Maggie no longer works here she was really good at her job! Three stars seems fair"

"The girl that cut my hair did not cut it correctly. She didn't even check to see if it was straight or even she just undone the cape and said okay. That would be it and that was it. It's too short and it's uneven but it wouldn't have used to me saying anything. I told her I could not have long bangs and guess what I got them anyway because I wear hearing aids and I only had the one at the time and I took it out before she cut my hair. This was a skinny girl white and had her hair into ponytail and her hair look black and I will never ever go back up there. And I know a lot of people and I'll just have them not to go up there"
