Great Clips

"The Great Clips in Salem at Lakeside Plaza gave me the worst hair cut ever in my life and even getting it corrected by another salon was a very small improvement but the cut is still terrible looking and people make comments about it all the time. Not to mention the two women working were talking bad about a customer that had just had her hair cut stating they should have charged her more because she talked too much while getting her hair done. They didn't honor my coupon and charged me full price for a terrible haircut. Stay away from Great Clips in Salem at Lakeside"

"Our first experience with this salon with the owner cutting our family's hair was great. The following cuts have been sub-par at best. Today I took my daughter in for a simple trim/cut of about 4 inches. She has long, wavy hair. The woman who cut her hair did not wet the hair or separate it at all and just bluntly cut. The hair cut was done in 5 minutes. After getting to the car, I noticed several uneven parts (1/2 to 1 inch in difference!). I did not go into have it fixed. I fixed it at home and will not be a returning customer."

I have some nasty cowlicks and not everyone gets it right. She was skilled and professional. I will definitely be coming back to Ashley. I loved my cut so much i signed my mom up for a cut while she was waiting in the seating area. Thanks for a really GREAT cut."
