"Everyone was very nice. I had to go back a second time to get the haircut and color fixed (all I wanted was some layers), and my stylist had to ask another stylist for help on how to cut it the way I wanted. I tried a different stylist, and am uncertain whether I'll high ffgff"
"Jacqui did a fantastic haircut on me and my mom today. I have never been happier with a haircut til today. She did just what I wanted. Thank you ."
"Have never been to the salon and was a bit nervous, but as soon as I walked in to register for my appointment, the receptionist put me at ease. Shelly Sellers did an amazing cut and style. I am so happy."
"Took my daughters to Salon De Shano for the first time and all I can say is what a quaint spot with an amazing stylist. Jacqui washed, trimmed and styled both of my daughters hairs and all I can say is WOW! Because my daughters are picky! Other salons have left me asking myself why I bother wasting my time or money and I have honestly left reviews to reflect such. This studio or salon, whichever you refer to it as, is much larger and far more cozy than it initially appears. So the saying, don't judge a book by the cover, is absolutely true here. Inside is very well lit and decorated. Like most salons there's racks of products but there is also so much more. Clothes, hats, candles, etc. However, the biggest wow factor is they have an area of donated items for others to use. I'm not talking about your run of the mill second hand items... No. Classy! There are prom gowns and other like items that they take in to hand out to others. What a great second life repurposing. As a father with two daughters and knowing I will one day be faced with the... Dad, can I go to prom? Oh, and dad... I need money for a dress! And knowing how that expense adds up quickly for one evening... This in itself is worth the raving review. I digress tho. Jacqui and her staff are all extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The process was not drawn out and from a man's point of view, whether treating your main sqeeze or your own daughters... It was painlessly pleasant!"
"My daughters first homecoming so we make apt. We arrive a few minutes early the staff is very friendly and the place was very well put together. So we waited about 10 to 15 minutes past apt time now finally in the chair. The stylist seemed clueless and couldn't accomplish anything my daughter wanted including braids. So I ended up paying for a hair style that I could have accomplished at home not to mention it only lasted an hour I was having to fix it several times before even arriving at the dance. Seemed to only be this particular stylist, the rest if the stylists around me were doing formal updos and they were so pretty. I'm not sure what happened. First pic is leaving salon second pic is 2 hours later arriving at the dance..."
