"Will not recommend. I called and asked if I can get my hair (sister locs) put in a bun and she asked me to show up at 4pm. I drove out there only for her rude and unprofessional self to tell me she doesn’t do that at her shop!!! No apologies rendered with regards to how far I drove to her shop. She just looked away and said I don’t do that here. Disrespectful! Do better if you want your business to grow!"

"Review Update: I've been coming to this location since I moved to the area. They are essential to the area and I always appreciate them. I've always had up and down experiences here. I'm very disappointed in the customer service that Miss Felicia offers. If any business is overbooked. Why can't they just call their customers to come back another day or reschedule? I know why because they are greedy. You tell them last minute about that specially since they are assuming that they'll be taken in that day. But want to change it last minute. That's not right! Telling me not to argue with her because it's late. My time was wasted that's what I was disappointed about and I had to wait a little bit longer. I got out pretty quickly which I appreciate. But I should have been given a discount. Also, if somebody does give you a tip. NO one has the right to take that away if you earned it. I still had to pay full price after everything I've been through. Their machine broke down so only cash was offered and I had to leave because I was so upset. I just hope that customer service can get better and they can hire a front desk associate. Maybe they can help with the booking situation and things can get better. Updated Review a year ago: I got a sew in done March 18th by Felicia and coworkers. It’s been over a month as I’m writing this review April 13th. The hair is still in place and I have not had any fallout from my hair (Which I bought the extensions from Amazon) Estimated total for the service was $120. The price point was not changed or altered. I will say that the customer service has changed a bit since three years ago since writing my initial review. I did go back to get some Styling Gel a few weeks ago and the owner was attentive to me and admired my hair. I will definitely be coming back here! Be sure to make your appointments early in the morning as they say that you can come anytime and then it’s crowded. So be aware of that. Review from three years ago: We went to shop for hair care products TWICE. Both times Felicia and her staff didn't help us find the products. Staff seemed lazy. We waited for 10 mins for someone to help us. Someone was sitting in back doing nothing. When out of a product. We are told that they will have it in. But we never get a call back."

"My hair was rushed and my braids are different sizes. The tops of the braids are fat and the bottoms are skinny. There was a young girl finishing the ends and it seems like she was just learning to braid so she wasn’t adding hair to the ends. I told them that my braids were different sizes and she responded “oh”. I won’t be going back."
