"I went to Makayla, the owner of Babe Cave, for hair extensions, and although things didn't turn out the way I expected, Makayla made sure things were right in the end. (and her installation of the product was perfect, it was more of a product issue). She is a young and very talented hair stylist with an amazing future ahead of her, and she handled the whole situation with grace. (I cannot say the same thing for myself!). Sometimes things can go wrong with a product or service, but it's how a professional handles the situation that really matters in the end. Makayla has an amazing eye for detail and is a true perfectionist, and I would recommend her to everyone. Her salon is also beautiful and so calming and welcoming."
