"Serena is my absolute favorite stylist. She always does an amazing job with my hair. The highlights are so well blended and she cuts my hair in a way that frames my face really well. I’ve been going to her exclusively for >2 years now, and she’s probably the best stylist I’ve ever had. I have thick long hair, so it takes a long time to do highlighting, haircut, AND styling, but she always makes sure to take her time and ensure she does a good job, even if it means staying a bit late past closing. "I absolutely would not recommend this place. I've been to this place on and off for years and every time I leave disappointed. When asking for a specific hair cut the stylists completely do their own freestyle work. Every time I've asked for a 1/2 inch trim at least a few inches would be cut off. I've had highlights done here as well. My hair came out yellow, blotchy and frankly hideous. I was sent home afterward with a bill of upwards of $200. I ended up fixing it with a $10 box of dye from CVS and haven't been back since."
