"I went in for a full color service. I showed a reference photo (very easy). i saw the stylist doing the opposite of what i wanted and when i asked TWICE for her not to highlight my hair, she kept doing it. I was in the salon for SEVEN hours. Went back to see if someone would fix it because it was so horribly wrong. I was met with attitude and basically told its my fault. The stylist never ONCE said what i wanted was unattainable."

"Awesome haircut. Eyebrows, not so much. Had to leave and go get them fixed, as every stylist was fixated on one clients haircut. I just kind of got handed down to someone else for the eyebrow services."

"This is my first time at this location. I had Giana who was super pleasant! I get my hair cut in a sharp V shape which proves rather difficult for most. She had admitted she’s never done that cut before. All I can say is for someone who hasn’t done it before, she did a great job!"

"I wish I could give them a ZERO, I was supposed to have a 5:15 PM appointment that had been book since the day before I got there about 5mins after 5. They have my cell phone for texts and updated but they didn't think they needed to let me know that the lady wasn't coming in when I walked in the door and they asked if they could help me. All they said was sorry. There wasn't anyone else to cut my hair I would have to wait 45 mins to get one, they never called or gave me a change to reschedule. So disappointing since we have to call if we can't make it. They only had two people working you think they could take care of their appointments better, I won't be re-booking at this location, even thought its right across the street from my work, they should give me a hair cut for free, then maybe id go back there, * Updated 7/31 * to 5 Stars I decided to go back. Kristen did an absolute fabulous job. She really took the time to go over the cut based on the picture I had, for length and layering. For only being in there 40mins I would have thought I was there for an hour, she really took her time with the whole process. I am absolutely thrilled!!"
