"I have been a frequent customer at Vogue since moving to Virginia Beach in April. However, I will not be returning after so many negative experiences at two of their locations. I came in for my regular brow lamination/lash lift this past week. My brows are extremely thick and it's something I'm super proud of. The last time I came in, most of my brows were waxed off (at the Marina Shores location). I explained this to my tech, and she understood. I told her I wanted them shaped, but full and not too fluffy. She continued on with the service. She waxed my brows after lamination, which I was told by another service provider that that is not okay to do since the skin is more sensitive. The waxing was extremely painful. The waxing did not do much, they were still unshaped, bushy, and I was still left with a unibrow. I respect the tech not taking too much off, but I was still unsatisfied with the results and felt as if I could not speak up. In addition, my brows were tinted black, which I thought would fade after I washed them 24 hours later. It did not. I have brownish/blonde hair, not black hair, so unfortunately, I am walking around with huge, bushy, unshaped black eyebrows. The lash lift appeared fine but was not as "lifted" as previous times. I left with some redness and tenderness to the waxing area, but I figured this was normal as I do have somewhat sensitive skin. Days passed, and I still have a huge red mark on my skin (as pictured). I reached out to Vogue via Instagram. Oxana called me and offered to come to Sandbridge location to get some cream. However, I was called into work last minute, so I could not go. I texted to ask if I could come Friday to pick the cream up. I was never replied to. I wanted to fall in love with Vogue and have it be my usual place for all my spa services. However, after numerous negative visits, I believe it is best to find another spa to visit."
