"I had a pedicure and manicure for Christmas party I was going to attend. To say it was a disaster is putting it lightly. I got French on my nails and just a polish on my toes. I waited 30 plus minutes to dry. My nails looked horrible by the time I got home. The clear on my nails was bumpy and not smooth. The white part looked chipped. My big toe was smudged and not smooth. I go back the next day because I am furious. The same person was supposed to fix my nails and toes. I just wanted clear on my nails at this point because I didn’t have a lot of time for the redo of French. I sat there for 30 minutes. I was wondering why my nails still felt sticky even after that time. I left by the time I got to destination polish was mostly off with black like dirt spots because they were sticking to everything. I got some polish remover and took it off. My big toes still were terrible looking. I don’t know if I would go back. I have had great experiences previously in which I have only gotten a pedicure. I know this was a lot but I had to stress my frustration with my service. No pics unfortunately."

"I absolutely love this salon. i’ve been going here for the past 3-4 years, and ive never gotten anything done anywhere else since ive been here. Every single time Elena does my nails i always leave so overwhelmed with joy. I had a busy day at work and had to come in a little late, so Elena and Susan came together and helped me get my mani and pedi done!! We even added snowflakes to my nails… my name is Wynter after all!! Elena never disappoints. I highly recommend her if you decide to come out here."

"Tim is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had. He works quickly but is also so meticulous and makes sure everything is perfect. I don’t know if he specializes in sns dip but each time i get the sns manicure from him it looks like my natural nails and lasts 2-3 weeks depending on my nail growth before i need a fill. Never a broken nail or defect even as someone who works with dogs where my bails should’ve easily become damaged, chipped or broken. I couldn't recommend him personally more"
