"Brought my boyfriend in who has a tbi and a disability and I wasn’t allowed to help explain what he wanted. The man with the large hat was so incredibly rude and condescending when my boyfriend was having difficulty explaining what he wanted out of his haircut. Disgusted by his behavior."

I was there last Friday around 7:30 PM, a stylish guy with a hat was sort of arrogant when I showed him pictures of how I wanted my hair to look like, which was completely ignored by him. To say the least, I had the worse haircut of my life and he cut my hair so short that there’s no way to fix it but wait until it grows back again, which will not happen for the holidays. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, it’s not worthy it."

"When I would go there for a haircut, one of the employees, a Ms. Lisa, would without fail, always always make a snarky underhanded comment about my physical appearance. This even happened when she was still at the other Great Clips before it moved to Town Center location. I'd say for the nearly three years that I went to get my hair cut and she was the one to give me that cut, she just had to let in a comment about my appearance. At first I thought it was no big deal, that she was just joking around harmlessly, but three years of it from her was getting out of hand, and I regret not telling her in person to please stop with the mean comments . I regret going there every time for a cut, knowing she'd be there and I'd likely have her to give me a hair cut. I regret tipping her every time. I don't know about anyone else, but the fact she basically bullied me makes her a horrible person. I don't know if she goes outta her way to make other guests at her shop feel bad about themselves, but she really let me know about the way I looked physically, which was a total self-esteem and self-confidence downer. My last visit to her store I tipped her a single dollar...what I should've did was write down "zero dollars" on the receipt. The last time I was at that location was last year and I don't plan on ever going back there. After nearly three years of being basically belittled and verbally made fun of *albeit in a passive-aggressive manner* I contacted corporate to voice my complaints against her, although I doubt any verbal warning or whatever has changed Lisa's attitude any. Lisa is rude, mean-spirited, unprofessional. Everyone should be treated with kindness and respect. Store patrons shouldn't have to be made to feel bad about themselves, no matter what store they're in. A kind word goes a long way in making someone's day, and conversely, a mean comment can go a long way into ruining someone's day, which for the latter has happened to me several times because of her."
