"I’m sure this is a nice place, if I was ever able to get services here. Yesterday morning I scheduled an appointment online to ensure I would be assisted. According to the booking, you will be contacted to confirm the appointment. An hour prior to my scheduled appointment time, I never heard anything so I just canceled the appointment. I decided to book another appointment for this morning. I’m not too far from the place so I’d figured that I would just come up here. According to the website, they open at 10. Well I came up here and they are closed. There aren’t even any confirmed businesses hours on their door. I tried calling the number that’s on their door which is the same online and the phone number is not in service. Again, nothing to do with the actual services themselves but this is more so how they conduct their business."

"Made an appointment several days in advanced by booking online and then there was never a follow up until I get to the location 15 minutes before said appointment, call, and they tell me my appointment was never confirmed. How many days does it take for your end to confirm an appointment?Thankfully it’s not far from home but I highly doubt I will try again."

"I’m new to the area and have been searching for a place to get my nails done. Megen did an amazing job on my gel manicure, very thorough. I love that the salon is also a nail school as the techs were/are students and are being taught the importance of cleanliness practices and it shows. No cutting corners. The price was also very fair. I booked my return appointment before I left :)."

"Know that the phone number is linked to the school that shares space with the salon, that's half your battle! The online booking system needs a little tweaking, but otherwise wonderful. As a new client I needed dip removed first, no option for that, which was also an additional charge. Aline was AWESOME! After viewing pics on social media it was tough choosing who to pick, but I was so happy! Aline was personable, professional and such a sweet individual!"
