"This place was great in the beginning until my daughter and I went to get our eyebrows done. I guess a new lady works there and she did a horrible job. She literally cut off my half my eyebrow, shape is uneven. She messed up my daughter’s eyebrows to the point where we have to grow them out to get our shape back. When I mentioned these issues, the manager or whoever she is, comes and says that my eyebrows were messed up to begin with and I didn’t have any hair in the spot she cut off. She also said the new lady has to learn somehow. Basically telling me she didn’t care what this lady did to our eyebrows and she couldn’t see that they are uneven!! This place is run down anyway. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!"

"Great experience!!! We were walk-ins, seated immediately. Everyone was very nice, professional, and did good work. We did not feel rushed even though we ended up staying a little after their early close to have a holiday party. In fact, they invited us to stay and insisted we have some food before we left. Great crew!!"
