"I have not used this business and STILL I've got a bad customer service story. I was driving home after taking my mother to a dentist appointment when I received a phone call from this business. "Hi, is this Tom?" I told the woman I was not, then she hung up. A few minutes later she called back asking for Tom again, and I told her she had the wrong number. She then asked what was my name and phone number. I know never to give out my personal information to unknown people so I repeated, "Ma'am, you have the wrong number." She replied, "OK, OK! You don't need to get pissy about it!" Then hung up. I wasn't upset before, but now I AM pissed. If you dial a wrong number, don't ask the receiver for their name and phone number, especially if you are told it's the wrong number, and DON'T insult someone when YOU made the mistake!"
