"Called to schedule an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. My appointment was given to someone else because apparently the receptionist scheduled my appointment 30 minute earlier than the time I asked for and she confirmed on the phone. There was no more spaces available on that day. The option I was given was to come back some other day. Trust me, do not waste of time here."

"Took my 4-year-old son for a haircut here for the first time. He has had a haircut about every two weeks for 3 years with no tears and no issues. About 4 minutes in to his haircut, he told the stylist that she was hurting him. She repeatedly told him he was fine. Then he started crying, which he has never done. She didn’t seem to change her approach at all. This morning I looked at his hair after washing, I see a terrible haircut. The top isn’t blended at all and it sticks up everywhere. While I was paying, she told my son he was a “little faker.” I absolutely do not recommend this salon."
"We continue to be happy with Supercuts. You need to make an appointment online and have a bit of flexibility and you will be fine. If you are expecting to walk in and get a chair, you probably need to adjust expectations. Once you are in the chair, they do listen and do a good job with the haircuts. Nothing fancy, it works, and drive on. Not a bad experience."
"I left a good review a year ago. I used to love this place, but today my wife went for a haircut. She asked for it to be dried afterwards since nobody was waiting, no problem. It wasn't styled but she was charged $20 for the cut, another $21.75 for blow dry and style and an extra $10 because her hair length is in the middle of her back. The stylist was great and expected to pay $35+tip but whatever extra charges these are just lost my biweekly business."
